My bills are exploding-_-!!!

MY bills for the normal telephone which u use in your house for normal average person bills it would be 10 dollar to 20 dollar while my is 100 dollar cause i been using it to much and my mom have deducted from my pocket money she take 5 dollars every week .and i felt that after taking 5 dollar from my allowance i have not enough to use. as i one day spend 10 dollar so how u expect me to eat for the rest of days. i tried to save the money but i just could not resist not buying anythings give me suggestion to save money!!!?.
